Notes and Variations
You can use either white or red cabbage, or savoy cabbage. You can add fennel seeds instead of cumin.
If you like, you can sauté half a chopped onion before adding the cabbage. Adding curry is optional. You can increase the amount of vinegar to taste.
Try to choose good quality pork sausages, not too thin in size.
