Butter Cookies
Delicious little cookies, very quick to prepare with a buttery shortcrust and partially covered with chocolate and hazelnut crumbs. They are perfect accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee for an afternoon snack or as a dessert at the end of a meal, in short, you can enjoy them anytime you want throughout the day!

Ingredients for butter cookies:
- 7 oz butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/8 cups flour
- 2/3 cups sugar
- vanilla
- salt
Steps
The preparation of butter cookies is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Place the butter at room temperature, the sugar and start mixing. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, the egg and the flour, then knead to mix all the ingredients well. The dough should be neither too soft nor too hard.
Place it in a pastry bag with a star nozzle and shape the cookies directly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I chose to make tufts and stripes, you can also make other shapes to your liking. On some, you can put a bit of hazelnut or pistachio crumbs on top. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, you can glaze them with melted chocolate!
