You can use whichever chocolate you prefer, whether dark, at 70 or 80% if you like it more bitter, or for the little ones, milk or white chocolate.
Of course, if you have leftover Easter egg chocolate, you can use it to make these baskets.
You can replace the oat flakes with corn flakes, or with bran sticks or puffed rice.
