Consume the bunny churros while they are still warm or at least on the same day, as over time they will become too soft and lose their crunchiness.
You can also bake the churros in the oven or air fryer. Preheat the oven to 392°F and bake for about 20 minutes until they are well puffed and golden. When there are 5 minutes left for the end of the baking, slightly open the oven door. In the air fryer, cook them at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
You can enjoy these churros by preparing a quick chocolate sauce simply by melting 3.5 oz of dark chocolate with 1/2 cup of cream.
The churros can be frozen raw by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for two hours, then once frozen, you can place them in bags and fry them as needed.
