Notes
The cake stays soft for 2-3 days in a dome container.
You can replace the melted butter with 4 tbsps of vegetable oil.
The almonds on top are optional, but I recommend them because they make the surface slightly crunchy. If you notice they are starting to burn, cover the cake in the last few minutes of baking.
The liquor can be omitted.
