Bean Broth
A somewhat unusual broth made with dried beans, and I personally like it very much. My grandmother often made this recipe in winter, and I always had two bowls! A simple, humble dish but rich in flavor and taste. If you like legumes and especially beans, try this simple recipe!

- tomato puree
Steps
The preparation of the bean broth is very simple, watch the video HERE.
I started the preparation the night before by soaking the beans in cold water just like my grandmother did. If you forget to do it the night before, you can also do it the same day by soaking them for a few hours. I boiled them, changing the water a couple of times.
After about an hour in my case, I added the chopped vegetables, tomato puree, and spices to taste and continued cooking for another 30 minutes or so.
If needed, add more water and stir occasionally. At the end, add plenty of chopped parsley!
Enjoy your meal!
