Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste granulated sugar
- to taste vanilla powdered sugar

- Baking tray
- Parchment paper
- Cookie cutter tie-shaped
- Brush
- Small bowl
Steps
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Unroll one rectangular sheet of puff pastry and with the help of a tie-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the shapes.
Arrange the cut-out ties on the lined baking tray.
Brush the surface of the ties with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with plenty of granulated sugar.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool.
Dust the ties with vanilla powdered sugar and serve them on a plate or a slate tray
Storage and Tips …
Store covered with a cake dome.
