INGREDIENTS MINT LEMONADE RECIPE

  • 3 lemons (organic)
  • 1 lime
  • 1.4 oz wildflower honey
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 4.2 cups water (still or sparkling as you prefer)
  • to taste ice (cubes)

PREPARATION METHOD FOR THE MINT LEMONADE RECIPE

  • I squeeze 2 yellow lemons and the only green one and set aside the juice obtained covered with plastic wrap and slice the remaining yellow lemon.

  • In a saucepan, I put 500 ml of water, the honey, and part of the fresh mint, and as soon as it boils, I turn off the heat, leaving it to infuse for about 10 minutes.

  • I remove the mint, add the slices of lemon, and place in the fridge until tasting time.

    Then, I take the jug, add the liter of cold still or sparkling water, ice cubes, mix well, and serve at the table, adding some fresh mint leaves!

    A perfect drink for summer, mint lemonade!
