Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini
- 5.6 oz pasta
- 1 clove garlic
- 5.6 oz tuna in oil
- 0.7 oz black olives
- 2 tablespoons cooking cream
Steps
Slice or chop the zucchini and place them in a bowl, then blend everything with an immersion blender to obtain a sort of cream.
Oil a pan, add the garlic, the zucchini cream, and cook, then add the pitted olives and cook for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, put the water and cook the pasta, pour a little cooking water into the sauce.
Add the tuna to the sauce and continue cooking over low heat, you can add a tablespoon or two of cream if you prefer.
Drain the pasta al dente and mix it with the sauce, stir well and serve.
