Panettone Salami
After Epiphany, I had some leftover panettone, so I made a sweet salami! A very simple recipe to prepare with just a few ingredients that we all have in our pantries. A panettone salami that we can enjoy as a dessert at the end of a meal, as a snack, or whenever we crave something tasty.

Put the chopped panettone, cocoa, rum flavoring, melted butter, milk, and mix. Add hazelnut crumbs or other nuts if desired and blend.
Place the mixture on cling film and shape it into a compact roll. Tightly close the film by twisting the ends and put it in the fridge for a few hours. After a few hours, remove the film, and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
