CRISPY ZUCCHINI in 5 minutes with 3 ingredients, easy and fast, a very tasty recipe as a snack, also great for dinner, light and good.
You won’t be able to get it out of your head, this crispy zucchini in 5 minutes is really delicious, prepared with two or three ingredients, yeast-free, perfect to munch on at any time of the day.
I love it, it’s light, good, and versatile, it can be made with any type of gluten flour, also excellent with chickpea flour for those intolerant or with semolina.
Blend the zucchini, add the flour, salt if preferred, and a bit of oil, and the crispy zucchini in 5 minutes is ready to be spread and baked or you can always make a sort of pizza.
You can bake it, air fry, or cook it in a pan if you’re looking for an even more indulgent snack, also great as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 7 oz zucchini
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt (or spices)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Steps
Wash the zucchinis and cut them into chunks or slices, and place them in a bowl.
Blend with a hand blender to get a kind of green cream.
Add oil, salt or spices if you prefer, and the flour little by little, mixing with a spoon.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray, lightly oil it, and pour the mixture.
Spread well, the thinner it is, the shorter the cooking time will be.
Oil again and bake in the hot oven at 482°F for 10 minutes, then cook under the grill for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Check during cooking to make sure it doesn’t burn too much, if so, lower the temperature.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit before cutting.
