Ingredients for the Panettone Bundt Cake:
- 21 oz panettone
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
Steps

First, finely chop the panettone or pandoro. Add the cocoa, potato starch, baking powder, sugar, yogurt, milk, and mix.
Put the mixture into the mold (if it’s not silicone, you need to grease it first). Gently tap the mold and bake at 356°F for about 40/50 minutes.
