  • 21 oz panettone
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 packet baking powder

Steps

  • First, finely chop the panettone or pandoro. Add the cocoa, potato starch, baking powder, sugar, yogurt, milk, and mix.

  • Put the mixture into the mold (if it’s not silicone, you need to grease it first). Gently tap the mold and bake at 356°F for about 40/50 minutes.
