Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 3.5 oz sweet bacon
- 3.5 oz provola cheese
- breadcrumbs
- black pepper (optional)
- salt
Steps
Boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them in a bowl, add salt and pepper if you like, and mix well.
Spread half the mixture in a baking dish or on a sheet of parchment paper, form a rectangle, add sliced provola cheese and half of the bacon.
Add the remaining bacon to the potatoes, mix, and cover the rectangle, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes or in an air fryer at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
