FAQ (Questions & Answers) PUFF PASTRY BASKETS with PANCETTA and eggs
Can I prepare the puff pastry baskets with pancetta in advance?
Certainly! But I recommend assembling them just before serving; you can cook the eggs, the zucchini and the pastry shells up to two days ahead.
Which ingredient can I remove or substitute?
You can omit the zucchini and replace them, for example, with peppers or avocado; you can also use other cured meats such as speck, ham or salami.
