The broth can be kept for a few days in the refrigerator, preferably in a glass container with an airtight seal.
This is to avoid absorbing odors and flavors from other foods stored in the fridge.
You can also freeze the broth, thus preserving it longer.
If you don’t like the cooked vegetables, starting from the tomato sauce, no problem, it will still be good without them.
Sometimes, I add a pinch of marjoram or a grating of lemon zest.
