Preparing the meringues with the Thermomix was a great satisfaction because, besides being simple and quick, they are very tasty and have been a great success. But alas, they are very caloric because they contain a fair amount of sugar, so let’s be careful not to overdo it!
Meringues are a great idea to consider for decorating special cakes, such as those for a birthday or other celebrations. So let’s remember them because we can color them, make them small or large, in short, they are a very used recipe in pastry making.
As I mentioned, they are a really easy and quick recipe, the oven baking is the step that takes a bit longer. In fact, it’s the most important moment for a perfect result; moreover, it’s essential to let them dry well inside at the end of cooking, leaving the oven door open.
Well, let’s discover it together and I await you on my Facebook page, on my Instagram profile, TikTok on Pinterest and on my channel YouTube with my videos for a greeting and a comment.
See you soon, Susy
