Steps for Olive and Tuna Bread Rolls
After preparing all the ingredients on your work surface, start by taking a large enough bowl, it should contain all the ingredients. I recommend, if you use whole green olives, to cut them in half, you can also use sliced olives to make preparation faster.
Pour the sifted flour into the bowl, then, gradually, the water, and start stirring with a spatula or spoon.
Add the instant yeast, salt, and continue stirring to mix all the ingredients well.
Now pour the pitted green olives and tuna into the mixture. Mix again for a few minutes.
Now take a baking tray, cover it with parchment paper, and with a spoon take an amount of mixture, using a teaspoon place the mixture on the tray.
Continue like this until all the dough is used. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F and let it cook for 35 minutes. The cooking time always depends on the size of the rolls; if you make them small, the time will be reduced from 35 minutes to about 20 minutes. In the end, they should be puffed and golden.
These rolls are delicious to serve with cold cuts and cheeses, they can be stored in a plastic bag for a few days, you can also freeze them.
