Ingredients
- 7 oz hazelnuts
- 7 oz hazelnut wafers
- 2 tbsp hazelnut spread
- 7 oz chocolate (for coating)

Steps
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and place them in a bowl.
Finely chop the hazelnut wafers and add them to the hazelnuts
Add two tablespoons of hazelnut spread and mix first with a spoon, then knead with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about two hours.
After this time, form walnut-sized balls and dip them in chocolate previously melted in a bain-marie.
Place them gently on a tray lined with parchment paper and let them cool.
Place the HAZELNUT ROCHER in cupcake liners and remember to store them strictly in the fridge.
