- 1 roll puff pastry
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz cheese (sliced scamorza or Emmental or other.)
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (optional)

This recipe is really very easy to make, even at the last minute. Usually, puff pastry is one of those things that is never missing in the fridge, like cooked ham and cheese. If you have no type of cheese, you can also use Parmesan or even spread the base of the parcels with a little mayonnaise or mustard according to your taste. Let’s see how to prepare them my way.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into squares or rectangles, those are fine too. Lightly moisten the edges with a brush.
Place on one half some cooked ham, cheese, and close with the other trapping the filling inside. Gently seal the edges with a fork, making small cuts by applying light pressure.
Brush with beaten egg and decorate with a pinch of sunflower seeds, or sesame or pumpkin seeds, then make small holes on the surface with a toothpick, allowing the air to escape during cooking.
