Ingredients
- 1 banana (very ripe)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- as needed dark chocolate chips (for decoration)

Steps
Peel a ripe banana, slice it, and put it in the blender or chopper.
If you don’t have one, you can use a bowl and a hand blender.
Add the egg, flour, and cocoa powder, and blend for about 30 seconds until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Take the pan and lightly grease it with the help of a paper towel.
Heat it well and pour two tablespoons of the mixture into it to form a pancake.
Cook on medium heat for about two minutes, then flip it using a silicone spatula.
Continue cooking until golden brown.
Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. This recipe yields about 4 pancakes.
Serve with banana slices and dark chocolate chips.
Being very greedy, I also took advantage of powdered sugar!!!
