Ingredients
- 8 slices pork loin
- 2 apples
- 1 white onion (small)
- Half glass white wine
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste parsley

Steps
Flour the pork loin slices and set them aside.
Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.
Chop the onion and let it brown in a large pan together with the apples and extra virgin olive oil.
Place the floured pork loin slices, brown on both sides, and deglaze with white wine.
Add chopped or dried parsley, salt, and cook for about minutes.
