Sea Bass in Crazy Water

Sea Bass in Crazy Water is a very delicate main course, cooked with simple ingredients and very easy to prepare. This fish, known as ‘spigola’ in the south, is highly appreciated in cooking for its firm, tasty flesh and few bones. It can be cooked in various ways: grilled, baked in salt, in foil, and as in this very simple recipe with cherry tomatoes, scallions, and a few other ingredients.
