Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 3/4 oz olives
Steps

Remove the pit from the olives and add them to the dough, mix well.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape the twists with oiled or floured hands, forming thin strips.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 15 minutes then turn on the grill and bake for another 5 minutes.
Or cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes, flipping them.
