HOW TO MAKE NUTELLA PASTRIES
First, open the puff pastry and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes; then, unroll it on a work surface. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F, on “fan” mode.
With the round mini tart molds, cut the puff pastry. This is a somewhat delicate step. For best results, do them one at a time. I pressed the mold firmly onto the pastry, then placed a hand under the parchment paper to cut the edges well: once cut, invert and place the obtained shapes in the appropriate molds.
Continue in this way until you finish the pastry. With the prongs of a fork, make holes in the bottom of each pastry. Place the mini tarts on a baking tray for convenience and bake in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Once baked and out of the oven, press the center with a cap: this way, the central part will be more well-defined.
Note: If you do this with the pastry still warm, it won’t break.
At this point, warm the Nutella slightly and place it in a piping bag and fill the center of the pastry. Finish with some chopped hazelnuts.
Here are the Nutella Pastries ready. Enjoy your meal!
Until the next recipe.
