Ingredients

  • 1 pandoro
  • 1 cup cup sweetened plant-based whipping cream
  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • to taste dark chocolate chips
  • to taste powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin

Steps

  • Let’s Prepare the MASCARPONE CREAM

    In a bowl, whip the plant-based cream with the vanillin until you get a firm consistency.

  • Add the mascarpone and gently mix until the cream is smooth and homogeneous, then put it in a piping bag.

  • FINISHING THE PREPARATION

    Take the pandoro and cut two slices from the base.

  • Place the largest of the obtained stars on a Christmas plate.

  • Fill with mascarpone cream using the piping bag.

  • Add a few dark chocolate chips.

  • Place the second star offset on top.

  • Repeat the filling operation and decorate with chocolate flakes.
