christmas tuna and egg roll
A scenic savory cake made without cooking with a base of sandwich bread filled with a cream made of boiled eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, and tuna, then obviously assembled in a roll shape. A cute idea to bring to the table during the Christmas season and moreover, it is very simple to make and does not require baking. Ingredients for the Christmas Tuna and Egg Roll:
- sandwich bread
- 4 eggs
- 1.8 oz cheese (Soft)
- 3.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3.5 oz tuna
- wild fennel
Steps
The preparation of the Christmas Tuna and Egg Roll is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, take the strips of sandwich bread and cut them into strips of the same size (I cut them in half). Add the boiled eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, a bit of salt
blend until you get a smooth cream. Mix the obtained cream with well-drained tuna. Spread the cream over the previously obtained strips. Roll the first strip onto itself
place it in the center of the plate. Cover the other strips with the cream and place them around to create the roll. Also cover the edge with the cream
place pieces of wild fennel on top. Decorate to taste 😊
Enjoy!
