Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs hake (hearts)
- 14 oz canned cherry tomatoes
- 1.1 oz green olives
- 1.1 oz black olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- Half cup white wine
- to taste oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste parsley
- to taste salt

Steps
Clean the garlic, wash the parsley, and chop them with a crescent knife or with the chopper.
Take the non-stick skillet, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil inside, the chopped garlic and parsley, and let it heat.
Add the hake hearts and let them flavor for a few minutes.
Deglaze with white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the peeled cherry tomatoes, green and black olives, capers, oregano, a pinch of salt, and mix with extreme delicacy.
Cook for about 20 minutes with a lid on.
Check the cooking and if ready, plate them.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes.
