Tips and Variations
You can store the Zucchini Pesto with Almonds in the refrigerator for a few days, and for longer in the freezer.
If you have a bit more time, since it is a summer vegetable, you have the possibility to preserve it, so you can enjoy it all year round.
The almonds I used are sliced ones, but only because I had them in the pantry.
Whole almonds without the skin are perfectly fine, as at least in this initial phase, you won’t need to decorate any dishes.
The important thing is to follow the entire procedure well, and for this reason, I leave you the link to HOMEMADE PRESERVES
