Simo and Cicci Recommend
Store the whole wheat galette at room temperature in a cake holder for one day. Then store it in the fridge for up to three days in a well-sealed airtight container, especially when temperatures are warmer.
We made this galette completely sugar-free, but if you want a slightly sweeter taste, you can choose to use cane sugar, erythritol, fructose, or another sweetener of your choice for both the base and the fruit filling.
For the filling, you can use other types of fruit depending on the season or your preferences, such as strawberries, cherries, apricots, raspberries, honey, pears, etc.
You can substitute coconut oil with another vegetable seed oil.
