Cold Pasta with Lemon Salmon

The cold pasta with lemon salmon light is a smoked salmon pasta salad flavored with lemon juice, it’s fresh and fragrant.

Quick: the only thing to cook is the pasta, the rest is added raw!
With a handful of capers, it’s even better.

Compared to fresh product, smoked salmon contains:

and represents a valid alternative to fresh salmon.

Ingredients

  • 5.6 oz whole wheat fusilli
  • 1 pinch mixed peppercorns (with grinder)
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil (raw)
  • to taste lemon juice
  • smoked salmon (quantity according to dietary plan)
  • to taste salted capers
  • to taste chopped parsley

Tools

  • 1 Bowl or Salad Bowl

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta, rinse it well under running water to cool it and let it drain well.

    Pour the pasta into a large salad bowl.
    Grind the pepper over the pasta.
    Drizzle with a little raw olive oil and lemon juice in approximately the same amount, and mix.

    Separate the smoked salmon slices and cut them into pieces.

    Rinse and squeeze a handful of capers and finely chop them with a knife.

    Add to the pasta:
    • salmon;
    • capers;
    • parsley;
    and mix.

    Plate.
    Grind a little more pepper.

    Your cold pasta with lemon salmon is ready.
