Pudding with Strawberries is a fresh and delicious dessert spoon, which will surely please both adults and children. Ingredients for Pudding with Strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt (strawberry or plain)
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 5 tbsp sugar (+ extra for strawberries)
- 3.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 10.5 oz strawberries

Steps for Pudding with Strawberries
First, wash the strawberries, dry them, and cut them into pieces not too large. Put the pieces in a bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar, and mix. Set aside, you will need them later.
In a pot, pour the strawberry yogurt, you can also use plain yogurt, also pour the liquid cream and mix gently, the cream should not whip.
Add the sugar and sifted cornstarch, mix to combine all the ingredients well, then bring to the heat on low flame.
Continue stirring until it comes to a boil, remove the pot from the heat and continue stirring for a few more seconds.
Take the strawberries and pour half inside, always stir gently and then pour the mixture into a 8.3-inch silicone mold or if you prefer in small bowls. Add the remaining strawberries on top, level well and let cool.
