Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- Half white onion
- 2 potatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- Half glass white wine
- to taste oregano

Steps
First, wash the carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and potatoes well, peel them, and with the help of a knife and a cutting board, dice them and set them aside.
Chop the onion, carrot, and celery stalk and place them inside a wok with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Heat up, add the CHICKEN LEGS and brown them on both sides.
Deglaze with white wine, then add all the chopped vegetables.
Season with salt, sprinkle with oregano, stir with a wooden spoon, and cook for about 25/30 minutes with a vented glass lid, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
