- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cup heavy cream (fresh for desserts)
- 3 eggs

Steps for Banana and Apple Bundt Cake
First, peel the apple and remove the core, if you have a small apple use two. Cut it into cubes and place it in a bowl with a few drops of lemon and a teaspoon of sugar. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they become fluffy and pale. Add the grated lemon zest, the heavy cream, and the sunflower oil.
Take the banana and blend or mash it with a fork until it becomes a puree, then incorporate it into the batter and mix to combine the ingredients.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix again.
Oil and flour a 9-inch cake pan, pour the mixture inside, take the apple cubes and distribute them over the entire surface.
Bake at 350°F and cook for about 40 minutes. Perform the toothpick test towards the end of cooking to check if the cake is ready, if the toothpick comes out moist, cook the cake a little longer, if it comes out dry, you can remove it from the oven.
Let it cool well then gently remove it from the pan, turn it over onto a cake plate, and if you like, you can also dust it with powdered sugar, and enjoy your breakfast! Until the next recipe.
