Air Fryer Salmon
A simple recipe to prepare in just a few minutes with only a few ingredients. If with all these Christmas dinners you don’t know what to cook anymore or you want an easy second course to prepare, I recommend trying this salmon that will satisfy all your guests, especially if you make the crust with chopped nuts 😊. I used both breadcrumbs and chopped hazelnuts but you can also use other nuts like pistachios, walnuts, or almonds! I really like salmon and made this way, it’s extraordinary! For the cooking (since I only made two fillets), I chose the air fryer but if you need to make a larger quantity, you can easily use the oven!

Steps
The preparation of the air fryer salmon is very simple, watch the video HERE.
We drizzle some olive oil on the salmon fillets, sprinkle a bit of salt on top, and gently massage them. We take the first fillet and coat it in breadcrumbs, then place it in the air fryer basket.
We take the second fillet and coat it with chopped hazelnuts. Place it in the fryer basket. Add a drizzle of oil on top and cook at 374°F for about 20 minutes.
