Tips and Variations

You can store the Iced Coffee Cream in the freezer for a few days and put it in the fridge at the beginning of the meal so that when served it will be of the right consistency.

If you prefer to make it with water, remember that it will be very light, but the quantities will be the same as with fresh cream.

A recommendation: use only instant coffee for both methods, otherwise the whisks will not be able to whip the ingredients.
