Sautéed Cabbage with Raisins and Breadcrumbs

Sautéed Cabbage with Raisins and Breadcrumbs, an original and extremely tasty side dish made with savoy cabbage that’s very easy to prepare.

This recipe is really simple: stew the cabbage in a pan or pot, add raisins and breadcrumbs flavored with salt, pepper, and garlic, give it a stir, and it’s ready to serve.

A simple and original side dish suitable for the whole family.

This sautéed cabbage is naturally vegan and lactose-free. If you are celiac, you can substitute the regular breadcrumbs with cornmeal breadcrumbs.

At the end of the recipe, in the FAQ section, I answered some questions about this preparation. If you have other doubts or curiosities, write a comment or use the appropriate contact form.
