  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 slices rolled pancetta
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 2 slices mortadella

Steps

  • Then, prepare the cold cuts so you have them ready and start arranging the slices neatly. I started with the mortadella, followed by the Milano-style salami, then the cooked ham, rolled pancetta, and prosciutto.

  • Complete the platter with a tomino in the center, slice the Piedmontese toma (or similar cheese) into thin slices and arrange them next to it, and finally, scatter some grapes over the cold cuts and place a handful of breadsticks alongside.

– Accompany the platter with steel forks or appropriate appetizer sticks, besides being convenient they are also very nice.
