Nut and Chocolate Crunch
A seasonal dessert made with chocolate, caramel, and a mix of nuts that you can choose according to your tastes. The nut crunch can also be a nice little gift to give to friends and family during this time of year! When I make it, I tend to “go overboard” with the quantities because it disappears in no time at my house ☺️. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare! This crunch is excellent to serve at the end of a meal and pleases everyone since it’s suitable for people with intolerances, vegans, or those who, for various reasons, don’t eat certain foods!

Ingredients for the Nut and Chocolate Crunch:
- 10.5 oz mixed nuts
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 7 oz dark chocolate

The preparation of the Nut and Chocolate Crunch is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, toast the nuts in a pan or in the oven. Caramelize the sugar by putting it in a saucepan on the heat for a few minutes. When it reaches a nice golden color, add the toasted nuts and mix.
Put a little oil on the parchment paper, add the mixture obtained, and spread it. Put a little oil on another sheet of parchment paper
place it on top. Roll out using a rolling pin. Let it cool well, then cover the entire surface with melted chocolate
let it cool well. Once hardened, cut it into pieces of the desired size.
