Steps for Preparing Yellow and Cherry Tomato Salad
To prepare the Yellow and Cherry Tomato Salad, first wash the tomatoes well with cold water, dry them with a kitchen towel, and cut them in half on a cutting board.
Peel the garlic clove and chop it. Wash the basil leaves well and tear them coarsely with your hands.
Combine the tomatoes with the garlic and basil in a salad bowl, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper, and the tomato salad is ready to be served.
