Prawns with Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients for Prawns with Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes:
- prawns
- potatoes
- cherry tomatoes
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- rosemary
Steps
Preparing prawns with potatoes and cherry tomatoes is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, clean, wash, and slice the potatoes very thinly (I used a mandolin grater). Add a bit of oil, salt, and rosemary and mix. Place them in the baking tray and bake at 392°F for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and wash the prawns. Take the potatoes out of the oven and add the cleaned prawns,
Add the cherry tomatoes, a bit of oil, and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
