Ingredients
- 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- 130 g sugar
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 3 tbsps Nutella® (heaping)
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste powdered sugar

To make the Nutella Delicious Pound Cake you need:
- 1 Stand mixer
- 1 Pound cake mold
Steps
First, preheat the oven to 356°F, static.
In the stand mixer (or in a bowl), beat the whole eggs with the sugar until you get a soft and frothy mixture; then, add the oil slowly.
Then, add the Nutella (heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave), the sifted flour with the baking powder (to avoid lumps), the unsweetened cocoa, and finally, a pinch of salt.
Mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pound cake mold and bake for about 40 – 45 minutes. Always do the toothpick test: if it comes out dry, the cake is cooked. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
