You can store the cake for a few days, but inside a suitable container for cakes, with a lid.

If you have almonds available in your pantry, do not buy the flour, but grind those directly.

I always do it this way, especially because I love feeling the grain while eating the cake.

Do you want to use butter instead of oil? Great…unfortunately, I cannot do it…however, keep the same amount and soften it beforehand.
