You can store the lemon paradise cream for up to 2-3 days in the fridge in an airtight container. You can also freeze it: in this case, we recommend adding a tablespoon of limoncello to the cream to make a real ice cream.
You can also omit the condensed milk by adding sugar to the cream.
To whip the cream perfectly, leave the cream in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before whipping it. Also, place the bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least half an hour before using them, this way the cream will whip perfectly!
