Guinness Chocolate Cake

The Guinness Chocolate Cake is a dessert made with the famous Irish national beer. I never thought of pairing it with a cake, but when I read the recipe in an Alice cucina magazine, I immediately wanted to try this bitter taste with chocolate. Not knowing if I would like it, I halved the doses, but the result was surprising, a very soft consistency like a chocolate cake, with no beer aftertaste, and certainly a dessert to repeat.
