- 5.3 oz watermelon
- 5.3 oz melon
- Half lemon
- to taste mint
- lavender (optional – only 1 sprig as its flavor is intense)
- 6 cups water

Homemade Refreshing Drink
Cut the watermelon and melon (or other seasonal fruit available) into regular small pieces.
Wash the mint and lavender sprig (or other preferred fresh aromas).
Pour the fruit and aromatic herbs into the pitcher.
Pour the water over, close the pitcher, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
It is recommended to consume all the flavored water within the day of preparation.
Optionally, serve with ice cubes.
Once the sugar-free refreshing drink is finished, you can eat the fruit and vegetables.
