Dubai Pistachio Salami
A Christmas dessert I made in a modern version of the classic chocolate salami by adding a delicious filling used to make Dubai chocolate with kataifi pastry, pistachio paste, and condensed milk. I also used pistachio paste, white chocolate, butter, and biscuits for the salami. A fabulous dessert if you like pistachios. This salami can be prepared in just a few minutes and is great to serve at Christmas and other festive occasions.

Ingredients for Dubai Pistachio Salami:
- 7 oz kataifi pastry
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 7 oz condensed milk
- 3.5 oz pistachio paste
- 12.3 oz biscuits
- 5 tbsp butter
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
- 3.5 oz pistachio cream
- 0.4 cup milk

Filling preparation:
Finely chop the kataifi pastry. Melt the butter. Add the chopped pastry and sauté.
Once ready, let it cool. In a bowl, put the pistachio paste, condensed milk, and mix.
Place the obtained mix over the cool kataifi pastry and mix.
Salami preparation:
In a bowl, put pistachio paste, butter, chocolate, milk, and heat.
Blend to melt the chocolate and butter well. Crush the biscuits and add the prepared liquid mix. Mix well.
Place the obtained mixture on a sheet of parchment paper, spread it a bit, and put the filling prepared with kataifi pastry on top. Roll it up.
Close well and shape into a cylinder. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Close tightly and refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours…
