FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE MEATBALLS WITH TUNA SAUCE
For the tuna sauce, just put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend well, creating a sauce that we will make more or less creamy and fluid by adding vegetable broth as desired.
For the preparation of the ground beef meatballs, place the ground meat in a bowl then add the bread previously soaked in a little milk and well squeezed by hand.
Add the egg, grated cheese, ricotta, fresh chopped parsley and mix the ingredients well, adjusting with salt and pepper.
Give it a final stir to form many small meatballs of the same size, which I will fry in vegetable oil for the necessary minutes.
Once cooked, drain the fried ground beef balls on kitchen paper to let everything cool slightly.
Now all that remains is to pour the tuna sauce over the ground beef meatballs and serve at the table…
Enjoy your meal!
