You can safely freeze the Prawns in Crust, if you have any leftovers, and then heat them in the microwave.
For this kind of preparation, I almost always use good quality frozen fish, which costs me considerably less, but is still excellent.
Even among frozen products, quality makes a difference.
The recipe calls for prawns because otherwise, you would only taste the puff pastry.
