Christmas Log with Avocado and Salmon

Ingredients for the Christmas Log with Avocado and Salmon:
- 5 slices sandwich bread
- 2 avocados
- Half onion
- 1 lime
- Tabasco
- cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz oz smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz oz Salmon paste

First, clean one and a half avocados (keep half for decoration), removing the pit and skin. Mash it with a fork. Finely chop the onion and add it.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and add them. Add a bit of salt, Tabasco, and the squeezed juice of the lime, then mix.
Lay the slices of sandwich bread in a row on plastic wrap, slightly overlapping, and roll them out with a rolling pin. Spread the avocado mixture on top, covering the entire surface.
Place the salmon on top and roll it up. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours…
Remove the plastic wrap and cut the ends, then cut two pieces. Form the log and cover it with the salmon paste.
