Prick the sausage casing with the fork in several places.

Pour a glass of red wine into the saucepan and add water until the sausage is covered.
Cover the saucepan with a lid preferably made of glass and bring to a boil.
Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, taking care that water and foam do not overflow from the saucepan.

• set the temperature to 392°F;
• preheat for 5 minutes;
• remove the basket;
• arrange the sausage chunks on the grill accessory without overlapping them;
• lower the temperature to 356°F;
• cook for 8 minutes;
• remove the basket.Plate it.
Season with lemon juice.Your sausage in an air fryer is ready.

Sausage in the Oven
Preheat the oven briefly.
Bake at 392°F in a convection oven for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausage is evenly browned.… preferably bitter:

• sausage and sanapo or sanapuni [Ragusa tradition].
